    There are times I open my wishlist and everything is cleaned out , this also happens to my cart. Please find a solution for that problem, I love to take my time shopping and then order at once but i keep returning to an empty cart.

    The app is great and useful but it is slow sometimes and when i place an item in my wishlist i cannot find it any more and i am forced to place it again . This happened for me about 4 repeated times

    Well, I see that your seevice is getting better and better everyday and I wish you more success. Also I wonder why wouldn't you add the "% sold" bar in the smart phone app till now! I see it's working fine on tablets and pcs ... I hope that you add it soon. Thanks

    One time they delivered me other product...i need iphone 5s battery wallcharger then they delivered me nexus 6 cover with screen protector..i have to chage the unit but they said the unit expired...

    The app is fine however it looks outdated and it's not easy to reach all the different sections. It could be made simpler, and material design will help with the navigation issues.

    Shopping online is good easy, no rush and they offer Cash On Delivery. It's very good for customer especially if you don't have credit card or debit card. In my experience shopping online here is very good and fast to deliver the item but the worst thing is when you want to return the item becuase it damaged or item is different. From the Souq Shipping Department is Very Poor Quality Services and include the Team Management because they are lazzy to take action. NOTE: DON'T PAY CREDIT CARD.

    This is the worst service I had, shipping of the last order is and still pending since 18 days for an item which should be delivered after 5 days max, I didn't face such delay in the delivary even from external e-shops, worse is the unresponsivness from what suppose to be the customer service, all my calles and emails were ignored.
