    Since the new update this app has become a utter waste of time. Payments not going through. No way of checking balace. Error message coming up stating "system error" Don't what kind of system engineer du have hired

    First of all in pay as you go data section not all data purchase packs are listed. The BIGGEST FLAW happens on purchace of the packs, when you select a data pack it transfers you to the confirmation page and it doesn't register the selection made, it will always display the 20dhs selection, so if you want 200 dhs data pack abd you select it on the confirmation page it will read 20dhs pack, youll need to cancel it then use the old UI and make the purchase. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED,

    I like the new interface but: - Still can't save my login info and password - I can't see how much i consumed from my data package while option was there previously - Can't edit my card details - Error on Mastercard payments.

    Thanks for latest update its really helpful but when I want to go back after paying my bill it will close the app. Whereas I need to check some other stuff so pls fix this error.

    Doesn't support credit cards with OTP validation. Literally unusable when it comes to recharge. Total credit doesn't make any sense for prepaid customers.

    I want to complane about the new update. I can't change the credit card information! I wanted to pay online as I always do but the new update will not allow me to change the credit card details, since that one was already expired.
