    Its OK, but what if it had a scanning widget. Such that instead of going through the app when you want to activate a scratch card, you can just tap on a scanning icon on the home screen. The point is convenience anyway right?

    Wanted to recharge with ur nice app.and didn't accept the code I received until they blocked my card!previous times even I couldn't go back after the code to punch it in!I think you should make ur services more Seriously! I'm calling the other nice customer service now in commercial bank who also not even answering to unblock my card!thanks to make my days ooredoo but it was ur last day to me to use you!going for Vodafone!!!

  12. This app is good but major concerns

    I think oredoo is not treating it customers well. I have been on Shahry add on 6 gb pack for some time. The funny thing is that there is no way to know the data balance on how much gb we have used. Which leads to ultimately overusage. Where as when we buy a data card for six gb we can know the balance by sending SMS to 121 . The only way to know the balance is by calling up customer service. I think all the customers have the right to know the data they are using.

    Unable to view main balance, data balance, last 15 days outgoing cal log, and we can't place request and complaint on service issues, and we can't deactivata MIP auto renival service..... Developers kindly go through India's vodafone app

    1. Could not see the services that I am subscribed to. 2. Wanted to see the data usage(Sahry&MIP) in numbers and in percentages Right now, there is no way on earth to know this, resulting a very poor customer experiences. Needed to complete revamp of how your services are presented to users in much comfortable way - customer focussed

    Whenever you try to top up using credit card with OTP activated, you open the OTP app and come back to ooredoo app, it again asks for card details and in the meantime you forget the OTP. Please make it compatible with QIB cards
    Some time hanging while logging in. Need to make it work smoothly

    To much time delay during initial start up on wifi , think about if you need to open on network. The directory is useless even other functions are time constraints.

    At 16:02 hala top-up for 50 QR from credit card - still not reflected and can not use the card ! After 6 hours ! This is very bad service at all !
